We had recently reported that Meera Jasmine joined the cast of the Sree Vishnu-starrer Swag, which also features Ritu Varma. Now Daksha Nagarkar and Sharanya Pradeep have joined the film’s cast. The makers of the film officially introduced the two actors as part of their project by releasing their character posters on Sunday and Monday, respectively.

Daksha’s last major on-screen appearance was in the 2023 film Ravansura, while Sharanya Pradeep was earlier seen this year in films like Ambajipeta Marriage Band and Bhamakalapam 2.

Swag is directed by lyricist-turned-filmmaker Hasith Goli, and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla under the People Media Factory banner. Vivek Sagar is the music director for the film. The cinematography is by Vedaraman Sankaran, and the editing is by Viplav Nyshadam. GM Sekhar is the production designer.

Swag marks the second directorial venture for Hasith Goli. Hasith made his directorial debut with the 2021 comedy Raja Raja Chora, which too starred Sree Vishnu in the lead.  Sree Vishnu was last seen in the wacky comedy Om Bheem Bush, which released in March this year.
