The makers of the Nikhil Siddhartha starrer Swayambhu shared a new poster of their film on the occasion of the actor’s birthday. Swayambhu, which is a mythological drama written and directed by Bharat Krishnamachari, also marks the 20th film of Nikhil’s career.

The poster features Nikhil in the midst of a battle with numerous rival soldiers, with swords in both his hands. The actor too reshared the poster on his X page, adding the caption, “Every day on shoot is an exhilarating and exciting experience. I can't wait to show you all what we are making.”

In a separate update, the makers shared that renowned cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar has come on board for Swayambhu, and joined the team in their ongoing shoot schedule. A few weeks ago, we reported that the Swayambhu team was busy shooting an extensive war sequence over a 12-day schedule.

Swayambhu also features Samyuktha and Nabha Natesh in prominent roles. The film is being produced by Vamsi and Sreekar under the banner of Pixel Studios, as well as presented by Tagore Madhu. The music is by Salaar fame Ravi Basrur. The makers of Swayambhu are aiming for a pan-India release, with dubs in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Nikhil Siddhartha was last seen in the 2023 film Spy.
