Eminent distributor Vamsi Nandipati has now come on board for Committee Kurrollu, the film that marks maiden film production for Niharika Konidela. The film that's slated for a release on August 9 will be distributed by Vamsi in all the domestic markets.

The official trailer for the film was released on July 26 at a grand ceremony. Set against a rural backdrop, the film revolves around the friendship of a few young men and their journey to self-discovery against a tumultous socio-political upheaval in their village. The primary cast of Committee Kurrollu comprises newcomers such as Sandeep Saroj, Yashwanth Pendyala, Eshwar Rachiraju, Trinath Varma, Raadhya, Tejaswi Rao, Teena Sravya, Vishika, and Shanmukhi Nagumanthri, among others. Additionally, the film’s ensemble cast includes names like Sai Kumar, Goparaju Ramana, Balagam Jayaram, Sri Lakhsmi, Kancherapalem Kishore, Kittayya, Ramana Bhargav, and Jabardasth Sathipandu. 

Written and directed by debutant Yadhu Vamsi, the film is being jointly bankrolled under the banners of Pink Elephant Pictures and Shree Radha Damodar Studios, with Padmaja Konidela and Jayalakshmi Adapaka serving as producers.

Vamsi Nandipati recently ventured into film production as well, announcing his maiden project Polimera 3.
