Getup Srinu starrer Raju Yadav, which had a theatrical release on May 24, now has an official OTT release date. The romantic drama, which also stars Ankita Kharat as the female lead, will begin streaming on Aha on Wednesday, July 24.

Directed by debutant writer-filmmaker Krishnamachary, Raju Yadav tells the story of a small town boy with an unusual facial damage condition who falls in love with an urban girl, and moves to the city in order to win her heart. In our review for the film, we noted, “Raju Yadav does not attempt to maintain balance in its narrative as we proceed further, indulging its doomed protagonist in his self-pity. Like a lot of Telugu cinema from older times, Raju Yadav attempts to garb its misogyny under the guise of a class-struggle conscience.”

Produced by K Prashant Reddy and Rajesh Kallepalli together under the banners of Sai Varunavi Creations and Charisma Dreams Entertainment, Raju Yadav also starred Ananda Chakrapani, Rocket Raghava, Mirchi Hemanth, Jabardasth Sunny, Santosh Kalwacherla, Kalyan Bhushan, and Uthara Prashanth, among others.

Harshvardhan Rameshwar is the music director for Raju Yadav. Sai Ram Uday is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Bonthala Nageshwara Reddy and production design by Sri Nagendra Tangela.
