Naveen Polishetty, who was last seen in the 2023 Telugu rom-com Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty along with Anushka Shetty, took to his official X account on Wednesday to reveal that he recently suffered severe, multiple fractures in his right hand and leg.

The actor, known for his performances in entertainers like Jathi Ratnalu (2021) and Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya (2019), also mentioned that he is very excited for his upcoming films, the development works of which are going on full swing. Naveen is expected to commence shooting for them after his recovery.

"It has been a tough and painful time for me, especially creatively, as I can't shoot films and connect with you [the audience] through my craft," mentioned Naveen. The actor said that it may take a few more months before completely recovering from his injuries.
