Prime Video announced, on Wednesday, that Venkatesh Daggubati's latest, Saindhav, will be available to stream on the platform from February 3. The film hit theatres on January 13, for Sankranthi, and opened to mixed reviews. Saindhav is an action entertainer set in the fictitious coastal city of Chandraprastha.
Written and directed by Sailesh Kolanu, Saindhav marks the 75th film of Venkatesh. The film also stars Arya, Shraddha Srinath, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Ruhani Sharma, Andrea Jeremiah, Baby Sara Palekar, Jayaprakash and Jisshu Sengupta among others. The film marks Nawazuddin's debut in Telugu cinema.
The film was shot in Hyderabad, Vizag and Sri Lanka. Backed by Venkat Boyanapalli under the banner Niharika Entertainment, the music is by Santosh Narayanan. The film features cinematography by S Manikandan and editing by Garry BH.
