The makers of Naa Saami Ranga have announced on Saturday that their film has collected a gross of Rs 41 crore in its 7-day run in the box office. Naa Saami Ranga, headlined by Akkineni Nagarjuna, boasts of a star-studded cast that also includes Allari Naresh, Raj Tarun, Ashika Ranganath, Mirnaa and Rukhsar Dhillon. Nassar, Rao Ramesh, Bharath Reddy and Ravi Varma essay supporting roles in the film. Sarpatta Parambarai-fame actor 'Dancing Rose' Shabeer Kallarakkal has made his Telugu debut with Naa Saami Ranga, playing the film's principal antagonist. Naa Saami Ranga is the maiden project of director Vijay Binni. He is a seasoned dance choreographer. 

An official Telugu remake of the 2019 Malayalam film Porinju Mariam Jose, helmed by veteran filmmaker Joshiy, Naa Saami Ranga had its adapted screenplay penned by Bezawada Prasanna Kumar. Srinivasaa Chitturi has produced the film under the Srinivasaa Silver Screens banner. Academy Award winner MM Keeravani has composed the film's music, with cinematography by Shivendra Dasaradhi, editing by Chota K Prasad and production design by DY Satyanarayana.
