The makers of the upcoming film Devara, starring Junior NTR in the lead role, released a glimpse on Monday. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film is set to be released in two parts, with the first one to be out on April 5. 

The video suggests the upcoming film would be based on a storyline set against the sea. The short video features Junior NTR, who beats up people and gets soaked in a sea that turns red due to bloodshed.

Devara also stars Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan as the female lead and antagonist, respectively. They will be making their Telugu debuts with Devara.

The film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The technical crew also consists of cinematographer Rathnavelu, editor A Sreekar Prasad, and production designer Sabu Cyril. 

Devara marks Jr NTR's reunion with the Koratala Siva after the blockbuster success of Janatha Garage. Billed as an action-heavy mass entertainer, the film is produced by the actor's brother, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, under the banner of Yuvasudha Arts.
