Vishnu Manchu's son Avram to make acting debut with Kannappa

Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, the film is about the tale of Bhakta Kannappa, a pious devotee of Lord Shiva

Recently, we reported that the first schedule of Vishnu Manchu's big ticket Kannappa, was wrapped in New Zealand. On Friday, the makers announced that Vishnu's five-year-old son Avram will be making his acting debut with the project. 

Kannappa will feature three generations of the Manchu family as Mohan Babu, Vishnu's father, is also a part of the film's cast. The rest of the ensemble cast is yet to be revealed by the makers. It is to be noted that Nupur Sanon, Kriti Sanon's sister, was initially roped into the play the role of the female lead, but later dropped out due to scheduling conflicts. 

Kannappa, directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, is about the tale of Bhakta Kannappa, a pious devotee of Lord Shiva. Vishnu will be playing the titular role in the film. Mohanlal, Sarathkumar, and Bramhanandam are also a part of Kannappa. Prabhas will be playing a cameo role in the upcoming film. 

Dr. Mohan Babu is backing the film under 24 Frames Factory and AVA Entertainment banners. Kannappa's technical crew consists of Vishnu Manchu who has written the film, Sheldon Chau cranking the camera, Stephan Devassy and Mani Sharma composing music, and Anthony Gonsalvez in charge of editing.
