The makers of Market Mahalakshmi released their official teaser on Friday. The upcoming comedy stars Parvateesam and Praneekaanvikaa in lead roles, along with actors like Harsha Vardhan, Mahaboob Basha, Mukku Avinash, and Kedar Shankar in prominent roles.

The teaser primarily focuses on a single scene where we can see the vegetable lender protagonist, Mahalakshmi (Praneekaanvikaa), landing up in a heated argument with the hero’s mother and standing her ground. The hero (Parvateesam), who is seeking an independent free-thinking woman as a life partner, immediately falls for her and decides to pursue her by setting up a vegetable stand in the same market.

Market Mahalakshmi is written and directed by VS Mukkhesh, as well as produced by Akhilesh Kalaru. The film’s supporting cast also includes Pooja Vishweswar, Jaya Naidu, Padma Nimmanagoti, Hara Srinivas, among others. Joe Emnav is the music director for the film. Joe has also doubled up on the soundtrack as a lyricist, in collaboration with director VS Mukkesh. Sanjana Kanchala is the art director for the film, while RM Vishwanadh Kuchanapally is its editor and Surendra Chilumala the cinematographer.
