The makers of Love at 65 officially launched their film's theatrical trailer on Friday. The film stars on-screen veterans Rajendra Prasad and Jaya Prada in lead roles. Rajendra Prasad and Jaya Prada had last worked together 36 years ago, in the 1988 film Samsaram.

The trailer begins with a missing case being reported about two ageing people, Kaveri (Jaya Prada) and Adi (Rajendra Prasad). However, it is then revealed that the two had fallen in love and hence decided to elope, rebelling against all societal expectations. Love at 65 promises to be a light-hearted love story with its share of sentimentality.

The film is directed by VN Aditya, who has earlier directed popular films like Nennunanu (2004) and Boss (2006). Aditya has also penned the screenplay for the film. It also stars Sunil, Karthik Raju, Spandhana, Preethi Nigam, and Nihanthri Reddy in supporting roles. Additionally, Ajay and Sunil will be seen making special appearances. Anup Rubens has composed the music for the film, while Lakshmi Bhupala has penned the lyrics and dialogues, and Sudheer Chintu has written the story.

Love at 65 is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the banner of People Media Factory. The makers are expected to announce the release date for the film soon.
