Earlier, we had reported that actor Neil Nitin Mukesh would be essaying a pivotal role in the upcoming film Maaya One, starring Sudeep Kishen in the lead role. The latest update is that Neil has completed the film's first schedule. Announcing the same, he penned a note on his X handle. 

Maaya One is directed by CV Kumar. The film is the sequel to the 2017 film Maayavan/Project Z (2017). 

The film stars Aakanksha Ranjan Kapoor as the female lead. Aakanksha has worked so far in the Bollywood films Guilty (2020) and Monica, O My Darling (2022).

Maaya One is billed as an action entertainer. The film will revolve around a common man locking horns with a supervillain. 

Maaya One is produced by Rambrahmam Sunkara under the banner AK Entertainments. The film is presented by Adventures International Pvt Ltd. Karthik K Thillai is the film's cinematographer and the music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan.
