Husharu, the 2018 buddy comedy movie, will soon have a theatrical re-release. The film, directed by Sree Harsha Konuganti was a surprise hit at the box office that year.

Husharu will be re-released by eminent production company Lakshmi Naarasimha Movies.  The film tells the story of four middle-class boys — Arya, Bunty, Chay and Dhruv — who are carefree engineering graduates and making the most of their youth until a personal setback puts their bonding to test. The comedy also stars Rahul Ramakrishna, Tej Kurapati, Dinesh Raj and Abhinav Medishetti in the lead cast. Daksha Nagarkar, Priya Vadlamani, Hemal Ingle and Ramya Pasupuleti also play significant roles.

The film was jointly produced by Bekkem Venugopal and Riaz A. Sree Harsha, who had made his debut with Husharu, went back to make more buddy comedies like Rowdy Boys and Om Bheem Bush, the latter of which released in March this year.
