Actor Ram Pothineni’s next film, to be directed by P Mahesh Babu, was announced a month ago on the occasion of Vijaya Dasami. The makers unveiled Ram’s first look poster in the yet-to-be titled film; he plays Sagar in the subtle drama. The film is touted to be an emotional comedy-drama. The makers revealed the poster and wrote, “When you know him, you will see yourself in him.” 

Ram Pothineni’s Sagar is reported to be a relatable and subtle character. In the first look poster, he stands behind a cycle and holds a notebook. The film is said to be period-based and also stars Bhagyashri Borse in the lead role.

Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling the film which is said to be Ram Pothineni’s 22nd feature outing. The team mentioned that the film is going to tackle “untold emotions.” Recently the makers announced the film’s music is going to be composed by famous duo Vivek-Mervin. The drama has editing by Sreekar Prasad and production design by Avinash Kolla. Madhu Neelakandan is cranking the camera.

Director P Mahesh Babu’s last release was Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty starring Naveen Polishetty and Anushka Shetty. Ram Pothineni’s last outing was Puri Jagannadh’s Double iSmart, the sequel to iSmart Shankar (2019).
