Writer Kona Venkat took to X to review the Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule, which released on December 5 world-wide. He wrote, “Pushpa 2: The Rule is an unbelievable madness of one actor and an unbelievable conviction of one director—Allu Arjun and Sukumar. Hats off to Mythri Movies and every technician for this masterpiece.” He even called it “An outstanding film” and gave it a five-star rating.

Director Sukumar’s sequel to the 2019 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise promises a high-scale narrative. The first part focused on the rise of Pushpa Raj, played by Allu Arjun. The sequel promises to be an adrenaline driven action spectacle. The film also stars Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna.

Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers, in collaboration with Sukumar Writings, the film features a stellar supporting cast, including Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji, and Jagadeesh Pratap. With cinematography by Miroslaw Kuba Brozek, music by Devi Sri Prasad and editing by National Award-winner Naveen Nooli, Pushpa 2 is now playing in theatres.
