The makers of Kanya Kumari released their new single, ‘Yadha Yadha Savvadi’ on Monday. The film, directed by Srujan Attada, features Geeth Saini and Sricharan Rachakonda in the lead roles.

Penned by Srujan Damodara, ‘Yadha Yadha Savvadi’ is a melodious romantic number, very serene and soothing in its mood. Anurag Kulkarni is the male playback singer, and Jayasri Pallem is the female vocalist. Ravi Nidamarthy, who has composed music for films like Lovers Club (2017) and Happy Ending (2024), is the music director for the romantic drama.

Kanya Kumari is set against the backdrop of a small village in Telangana. The official teaser for the film was launched in January by Vijay Deverakonda. Radical Pictures is the production banner for the film, with Satish Reddy Chinta, Varinia Mamidi, Appala Naidu Attada, and Siddharth A serving as co-producers. The cinematography is jointly handled by Siva Gajula and Haricharan K, while Naresh Adupa is the editor.

Srujan Attada, who is also producing the film, made his debut in 2021 with the film Pushpaka Vimanam, which incidentally marked the debut for Geeth Saini. 

The makers of Kanya Kumari are yet to announce a release date for the film.
