Varsha Bollamma’s Constable Kanakam goes on floors 

The cop drama, directed by Prasanth Kumar Dimmala, is slated for a direct OTT release

ETV Win announced on Monday that their upcoming production, Constable Kanakam, has gone on floors. The film, written and directed by Prasanth Kumar Dimmala, stars Varsha Bollamma in the titular role of the constable. The makers made the announcement and wrote, “Varsha Bollamma is all set to steal hearts in this journey.” Varsha Bollamma’s last Telugu release was this year's fantasy thriller Ooru Peru Bhairavakona starring Sundeep Kishan. 

Constable Kanakam is being bankrolled by Kovelamudi Satya Saibaba & Veturi Hemanth Kumar under the banner of Meteor Entertainments in association with ETV Win. The cop drama is set to arrive on the streaming platform soon.

Constable Kanakam’s technical crew has cinematography by Sriram Mukkupati, editing by Madhav Kumar Gullapalli and production design by Vishnu Vardhan Pulla. The film has music by Suresh Bobbili. The cop drama also features Rajeev Kanakala in a crucial role. More details are yet to be announced by the makers.
