Kiran Abbavaram’s latest thriller, KA, has been received well both in theaters and on OTT platforms. After a successful Diwali box-office run, grossing ₹50 crore, the film is now streaming on ETV Win. Notably, the platform took significant measures to curb piracy, ensuring a premium viewing experience enhanced by Dolby Atmos sound. Within hours of its release, KA surpassed 100 million streaming minutes, prompting a celebratory event recently.

At the event, Abbavaram expressed his gratitude, stating, "KA gave me the courage to believe that a good film will always win the audience's love." He also lauded ETV Win for delivering a fresh OTT experience and praised their anti-piracy efforts.

ETV Win’s Business Head, Sai Krishna, revealed the platform's enthusiasm for the film and their measure to curb piracy, he said "We were impressed by KA in theatres and decided to elevate the OTT release with Dolby Vision 4K and Atmos technology. We curbed pirates from ripping our film. Still, they managed to screen-capture our film. In the coming days, we will find a solution to stop even that. We are proud of this achievement."

Directed by debutant duo Sujeeth-Sandeep, KA is a period thriller set in an 80s village, featuring Abbavaram as Vasudev, a postman. Nayan Sarika co-stars, while Tanvi Raam plays a pivotal role. Produced by Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy under Srichakraas Entertainments, the film has received widespread acclaim for its engaging narrative and mind bending twists.

KA’s technical crew has cinematographers Viswas Daniel and Sateesh Reddy Masam, production designer Sudheer, and editor Sreevara Prasad. The film has music composed by Sam CS.
