Sundharakanda is an upcoming romantic-entertainer starring Nara Rohit, Sridevi Vijay Kumar and Vriti Vaghani. The film is written and directed by debutant Venkatesh Nimmalapudi. The makers of the film are set to launch the entertaining teaser on August 26 at PVR RK Cineplex. The production house published a poster for the film and wrote, “No two love stories are the same.”

The makers of Sundarakanda released a glimpse on April 17 that showed Nara Rohit’s Siddharth talking about love by referring to classic Telugu romantic films like Geethanjali, Murari, Ye Maya Chesaave. The glimpse conveyed the message that Siddharth’s love story is unique and different from other stories.  

Sundarakanda is produced by Santhosh Chinnapolla, Gowtham Reddy , Rakesh Mahankalli under the banner of Sandeep Picture Palace. The film’s technical crew includes Pradeesh M Varma  as cinematographer, Rohan Chillale as editor and Leon James as the music composer. The makers had announced the release date to be September 6 which marks Ganesh Chathurthi.
