Mr Bachchan, the latest Ravi Teja starrer action drama, released on August 15 to largely critical reviews and an underwhelming reception at the box office. Now the makers have made a few changes to their film, taking in account some of the criticism the film received.

Director Harish S Shankar shared the said update on his official X Page. The Mirpakay director posted, “Considering the ‘constructive criticism’, reduced few hindi songs and trimmed to increase the pace of Mr Bachchan.” The director also informed that the updated prints started playing from Friday night, adding that he personally was in attendance at the newly-inaugurated Vimal Theatre, where the new cut was screened.

Produced by People Media Factory, Mr Bachchan starred Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead, who makes her Telugu debut with the film. Mickey J Meyer was the music director for the film. Mr Bachchan marked the third collaboration between Ravi Teja and Harish Shankar, after Shock and Mirpakay.
