Bobby Deol arrived in Hyderabad on Tuesday to begin shooting for Nandamuri Balakrishna-starrer NBK 109. The film is being directed by Bobby Koli, and co-produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Sounjya under the banner of Sithara Entertainments

Director Bobby Koli took to his official X page to post the update, also sharing a picture of himself with Bobby Deol and producer Naga Vamsi. His post caption read, “The Hunter enters. Welcoming the swagster Bobby Deol Garu to NBK 109 sets, injecting an extra dose of energy into our team.”

It is to be noted that NBK 109 is the second Telugu film Bobby Deol has signed, and it might mark his debut release if Pawan Kalyan-starrer Hari Hara Veera Mallu gets further delayed. The Animal actor will also be making his Tamil debut later this year with Suriya starrer Kanguva. NBK 109 additionally features actors like Ravi Kishen, Dulquer Salmaan, Prakash Raj, and Payal Rajput in its ensemble cast.

NBK 109 was officially launched in June 2023, and went on the shooting floors in November. Earlier this year, in March, the makers of NBK 109 released a brief teaser of their film, in which Balakrishna’s character single-handedly takes on a bunch of goons against the backdrop of a firelit forest.

Bobby Koli has earlier made films like Power (2014), Venky Mama (2019), and Waltair Veerayya (2023).
