The makers of upcoming comic thriller Paarijatha Parvam released its official trailer on Wednesday, ahead of the film’s release. The film stars Sunil, Chaitanya Rao, Shraddha Das, and Harsha Chemudu in prominent roles, among others.

The trailer establishes Sunil as a menacing don who passes orders for the kidnapping of an influential man’s wife. Chaitanya and Harsha play a couple of rookie kidnappers who unwittingly become the catalyst for the plan going haywire. Too many parties become involved in the plan before they even realise it, while nobody knows the abductee’s whereabouts. The trailer is accompanied by a funky rap section that establishes the film’s lighthearted tonality.

The film is produced by Mahidhar Reddy and Devesh under the banner of Vanamali Creations. Santosh Kambhampati, who earlier made the 2022 romantic comedy BFH (Boyfriend for Hire), is the director of the film. Bala Saraswati is the cinematographer, and Sasank Vupputuri is its editor.

Paarijatha Parvam is slated for a theatrical release on April 19.
