The makers of Satyam Rajesh’s upcoming movie Tenant is set to be released on April 18. The film also stars Megha Chowdhury.

The official trailer for Tenant was released in December 2023. The film revolves around Gowtham (Satyam Rajesh), a middle-class man who is under investigation for murdering his wife. Tenant is the sophomore film of Yugandhar, who made his directorial debut with the 2021 film Ippudu Kaaka Inkeppudu.

Yugandhar has also penned the screenplay and dialogue for the film, while the story is written by YS Srinivasa Varma. Additionally, Rohin Kumar Yeturi has been credited as an associate writer.

The film's supporting cast includes Chandana Payaavula, Aadukalam Naren, and Ramya Kolthuri. Sahityya Sagar has composed music for the thriller-drama. Jemin Jom Ayyaneth is the cinematographer. The editing is by Vijay Mukthavarapu, and art direction is by Karakarala Chandra Mouli and 8pm Sai Kumar.
