The promo of Jathara, an upcoming single from Peddha Kapu, has been unveiled on Saturday. Jathara is composed by Mickey J Meyer, with vocals by Anurag Kulkarni and choreography by Raju Sundaram. Kalyanachakravarthy Tripurareni has penned the song’s lyrics. The full song will be unveiled on September 17. 

Peddha Kapu-1 stars Virat Karrna and Pragathi Shrivastava in the lead roles. Rao Ramesh, Tanikella Bharani, Eswari Rao, Anasuya, Naren and Naga Babu form the film’s supporting cast. The film is written and directed by Srikanth Addala. He is also playing a negative role in the film. The film is set to be a gritty drama delving into the subject of caste oppression. If the trailer of the film is any indication, then the film is going to be filled with violence and intense drama. 

Peddha Kapu-1, the first part of the Peddha Kapu duology, is releasing on September 29. The film is produced by Miriyala Satyanarayana Reddy under the banner Dwaraka Creations. Peddha Kapu has cinematography by Chota K Naidu, editing by Marthand K Venkatesh and art by GM Shekar.
