We have recently reported that Peddha Kapu-1, Srikanth Addala’s upcoming film, will be hitting theatres on September 29. The makers of the film have announced on Saturday that the film’s official trailer will be unveiled on September 11, i.e. the coming Monday. Newcomers Virrat Karna and Pragathi Srivastava are the male and female leads of the film respectively, with Rao Ramesh, Naga Babu, Tanikella Bharani, Brigada Saga, Rajeev Kanakala, Anasuya and Eswari Rao forming a part of the film’s supporting cast. 

The film, based on the themes on oppression and confrontation, is written and directed by Srikanth Addala. His previous film Narappa, the Telugu remake of Vetrimaaran’s 2019 film Asuran, dealt with the same themes as well. Prior to this, he has directed family entertainers like Mukunda, Brahmotsavam and Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. 

Peddha Kapu-1 is produced by Miryalan Ravinder Reddy under the banner Dwaraka Creations. Mickey Meyer, who has frequently collaborated with Srikanth Addala, is the music director of the film, with cinematography by Chota K Naidu and editing by Marthand K Venkatesh. Raju Sundaram is the film’s choreographer, while Peter Hein is the fight master.
