The makers of Tiger Nageswara Rao have announced that their film has earned a gross of Rs 50 crores in the seven days of its theatrical run. Tiger Nageswara Rao was released on October 20. The film’s Tamil version, distributed by Studio Green, hit theatres a week later.

Ravi Teja stars in this film as the titular thief from Stuartpuram, Andhra Pradesh. The film has two female leads, namely Meenakshi Bhardwaj and Nupur Sanon, who play the love interests of Ravi Teja’s character in the film. Renu Desai, Hareesh Peradi, Sudev Nair, Anupam Kher and Murali Sharma essay supporting roles in the film. 

Tiger Nageswara Rao is directed by Vamsee. Srikanth Vissa has penned the film, which was produced by Abhishek Aggarwal under the banner Abhishek Aggarwal Arts. GV Prakash Kumar is the music director of the film, with cinematography by R Madhie and production design by Avinash Kolla. A CE review of the film reads, “Ravi Teja powers through a story that leans into the do-gooder angle far too much for its own good.”
