Satyam Rajesh, who was recently seen in Maa Oori Polimera, will be returning to the screens next with a thriller titled Tenant. Tenant is written and directed by Y Yugandher. YS Srinivas Varma is the film's co-writer. Mogulla Chandrashekhar Reddy, who has earlier produced the sci-fi romantic comedy Adbutham, is also the producer for Tenant. The film is a murder mystery, with the makers promising a tight, emotional screenplay. The makers have also begun promoting the film recently.

The promo of the film, which was unveiled along with the title, introduces us to an apartment building and the various resident inhabiting it. The film also stars Aadukulam Naren, Esther Noronha, Chandana Payyavula, Megha Chaudhary, Dhana Bala, Chandu, Anurag, Ramya Kolthuri and Meghana.

Tenant is co-produced by Ravinder Reddy N. Jemin Jom Ayyaneth is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Vijay Mukhthavarapu. Sahitya Sagar has composed the film's music, in addition to penning the lyrics.
