Mem Famous passes through censor formalities

The film will hit the theatres on May 26

Mem Famous, the upcoming film set to release on Friday, has been censored with a U/A certification. The film's runtime is locked in at 2:29:59 seconds.

The film, which is written, headlined and directed by actor-filmmaker Sumanth Prabhas is a comedy-drama set in rural Telangana. It has themes of romance, friendship and family relationships. Mem Famous also stars Mani Aegurla, Siri Raasi, Saarya, Mourya Chowdary, Kiran Macha, Anji Mama, Muralidhar Goud and Shiva Nandan in pivotal roles.

Mem Famous is jointly produced by Anurag Reddy and Sharath Chandra of Chai Bisket Films along with Chandru Manoharan of Lahari Films LLP. This is the second film to be produced by Chai Bisket Films and Lahari Films after Writer Padmabhushan, which was released last February. 

Mem Famous' technical crew includes music composer Kalyan Nayak, cinematographer Shyam Dupati, editor Srujana Adusumilli and production designer Aravind Muli.
