Tiger Nageswara Rao, the upcoming Telugu film starring Ravi Teja in the lead role, will hit the theatres on October 20, the makers announced on Wednesday.

Directed by Vamsee and backed by producer Abhishek Agarwal of Abhishek Agarwal Arts Tiger Nageswara Rao is a biopic on the notorious thief. The film is set in 70s in the village named Stuartpuram, for which sets were built in a 5-acre land.

Nupur Sanon and Gayathri Bharadwaj are roped in to play the female leads. The technical crew consists of R Madhie ISC as the cinematographer and GV Prakash Kumar taking care of the music. Avinash Kolla is the production designer and Srikanth Vissa has penned the dialogues.

Meanwhile, Ravi Teja will be next seen in Ravanasura, which will hit the theatres on April 7. The film is directed by Sudheer Varma.
