The makers of Nani's Dasara released the first video song from the film Dhoom Dhaam Dhoosthaan. Composed by Santhosh Narayanan, the song has its lyrics from Kasarla Shyam. A group of singers, including Rahul Sipligunj, Gotte Kanakavva, Gannora Dasa Laxmi, Palamuru Jangireddy, Narsanna (Nalgonda Gaddar), and Kasarla Shyam, has lent their voices to the Mass local street song.

Directed by Srikanth Odela, Dasara is a mass action entertainer in which Nani will be playing a rustic character speaking in the Telangana dialect. Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead.The film is set in a village situated in Singareni Coal Mines in Godavarikhani (Telangana) in the Peddapalli district.

Apart from Telugu, the makers also have plans to release the film in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. While Sathyan Sooryan is handling cinematography, Navin Nooli is the editor, and Avinash Kolla is the production designer.
