Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi, an upcoming romantic film starring Naga Shaurya and Malavika Nair in the lead roles is all set to release in theatres on March 17 with a U/A certificate. 

The makers of the film made an announcement of the same on Friday evening, with the message, "Its U/A with zero cuts. Get ready to witness the journey of Sanjay and Anupama from March 17". 

Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi, also referred to as PAPA is the third directorial of writer, director and actor Srinivas Avasarala, who has earlier helmed Oohalu Gusagusalade (2014) and Jyo Achyutananda (2016). Srinivas will also be playing a supporting role in PAPA. A marked departure from his previous films, which were romantic comedies, PAPA is a straight love story.

The film is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Padmaja Dasari under the banners People Media Factory and Dasari Productions. Kalyani Malik is the music composer of PAPA. Sunil Kumar Nama and Kiran Ganti serve as the film's cinematographer and editor respectively.
