Spy, a recent thriller starring Nikhil Siddhartha in the lead role, is now streaming on Prime Video. The film also stars Ishwarya Menon, Abhinav Gomatam, Tanikella Bharani, Ravi Varma, Sachin Khedekar Aryan Rajesh and Jisshu Sengupta. Rana Daggubati also features in the film, in a special appearance. 

Spy is written and directed by Garry BH, who has previously worked as an editor on feature films on The Ghazi Attack, Panchatantram, Krishna and His Leela, Paagal, Adbutham, Goodachari, HIT The First Case and HIT The Second Case. K Rajashekar Reddy provided the story of Spy, with a screenplay by Anirudh Krishnamurthy and dialogues by Abhishek Maharshi. 

The film is also produced by K Rajashekar Reddy under the banner ED Entertainments. Vishal Chandrashekar and Sricharan Pakala are the music directors of Spy, with cinematography jointly provided by Vamsi Patchipulusu and Mark David. While Arjun Surisetty handled the art direction of the film, Garry also played editor for Spy. The film was released on June 29 to mixed to negative reviews and poor box office collections. Spy was supposed to release in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada languages as well, but the plan was rolled back citing content delay issues and a rushed theatrical release.
