Jaanavule from Bro out

Bro is releasing on 28 July

CE Features

Jaanavule, the second single from the Pawan Kalyan starrer Bro, was unveiled by the makers of the film on Saturday. The first song from the film Markandeya Bro was unveiled exactly a week ago. The music of the film is composed by S Thaman, who also voiced the song, along with K Pranathi. Kasarla Shyam has written the lyrics of Jaanavule.

Interestingly, the opening lyrics of the song Jaanavule Nerajaanavule, is from the song Jaanavule from Singeetham Sreenivasa Rao’s time travel film Aditya 369 (1991). The older Jaanavule — picturised on actors Balakrishna, Mohini and Silk Smitha — was composed by Ilaiyaraaja and sung by SP Balasubramanyam, SP Sailaja and Jikki.

The new Jaanavule song is picturised on Sai Dharam Tej, the film’s second lead, and Ketika Sharma, who plays Sai Dharam Tej’s romantic interest. The song, choreographed by Bhanu, is set in a location abroad in Europe. Bro is written and directed by Samuthirakani. The film is a remake of the Tamil film Vinodaya Sitham (2021), which was also directed by him. Bro is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the banner People Media Factory. Sujith Vasudev is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Navin Nooli and production design by AS Prakash.
