Critics Choice Awards: MM Keervani says freshness of Naatu Naatu made it resonate with world audience

Naatu Naatu won the Best Song once again at the Critics Choice Awards, after winning it in the Golden Globe Awards

After winning it big at the Golden Globe Awards, Naatu Naatu has shown no sign of stopping as it goes on to bag the Best Song once again at the Critics Choice Awards.

Composed by MM Keeravani, the composer, when asked why he thinks his music resonated with the world, said, “Because of its uniqueness and freshness, which caught the attention globally, for the first time.”

“I am here to receive this wonderful award by the critics, thank you all of them on behalf of my choreographer, lyric writer, singers, programmers and my director,” Keeravani added.

RRR is directed by SS Rajamouli and features Ram Charan and Junior NTR in the lead roles. The Naatu Naatu song from the film, features both the leads sharing a brotherhood, as they dance vigourously to the fast beats.
