Kalyanam Kamaneeyam, the upcoming Telugu film starring Santosh Shobhan and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles, has been censored with a U certificate, the makers informed. The film is set to release for Sankranthi, on January 14.

The film is expected to be a romantic emotional drama with the leads playing a married couple, whose lives get complicated after unexpected turns take place.

The upcoming film marks Priya's first release in Telugu. Directed by Anil Kumar Aalla, Kalyanam Kamaneeyam is backed by UV Concepts. The technical crew consists of Sravan Bharadwaj as the music composer, with cinematography by Karthik Gattamneni. Satya G is the editor of the film.
