First look of Prakash Raj from Rangamarthanda out

The film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Brahmanandam and Shivathmika Rajashekar

The makers of Rangamarthanda have unveiled the first look of actor Prakash Raj from the film. It is a still of the actor after he is felicitated with a shawl and can be seen holding a mic. The film, directed by Krishna Vamsi, is an official remake of the 2016 Marathi blockbuster, Natsamrat. Prakash Raj plays a veteran stage actor named Raghava Rao in the film.

The film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Brahmanandam and Shivathmika Rajashekar in main roles while Anasuya Bharadwaj, Aadarsh Balakrishna, Rahul Sipligunj and  Ali Reza will appear in supporting roles.

With music by Ilaiyaraaja, the film is bankrolled by Kalipu Madhu, S Venkat Reddy under Raja Shyamala Entertainments and Housefull Movies. The film is set to release early in 2023.

Post Rangamarthanda, Krishna Vamsi will be directing Annam. Prakash Raj, on the other hand, will be seen in Varisu (titled Vaarasudu in Telugu) set to release this Sankranthi.
