Writer Padmabhushan box-office numbers are here

 The Suhas starrer is currently in the second week of its theatrical run

Writer Padmabhushan, headlined by actor Suhas, has earned 10.1 crore rupees in gross collections, over the last ten days. The film, which had a worldwide theatrical release on February 3, opened to impressive numbers in its first week. It continues the upward streak with respect to box office numbers, well into its second week. 

Writer Padmabhushan, also stars Tina Shilparaj, Gowri Priya Reddy, Rohini Molleti, Ashish Vidyarthi and Goparaju Ramanna. It is written and directed by debutant Shanmukha Prasanth. He has also worked on Suhas’s previous films, Colour Photo (2020), as an assistant director, and Family Drama (2021) as a screenwriter. 

Writer Padmabhushan is a humorous story set in Vijayawada around the life of 25-year-old writer and librarian Bhushan (Suhas). Writer Padmabhushan has received love from both critics and the audience for its slice-of-life themes, clean comedy and progressive take on the issue of women empowerment. Writer Padmabhushan is jointly produced by Chai Bisket Films and Lahari Films. The film has its music composed by Sekhar Chandra and Kalyan Nayak, along with cinematography by Venkat R Shakamuri.  The film's editing was handled jointly by Kodati Pavan Kalyan and Siddharth Thatolu.
