Director Shankar is working on both Kamal Haasan's Indian 2 and Ram Charan's RC15 at the moment. While the shooting for both films is happening simultaneously, Shankar took to Twitter to announce that he is commencing the next schedule of RC15 in Hyderabad.

Sharing a photo of himself standing in front of the Charminar, the director wrote, "Commencing the next schedule of #RC15 at the iconic Charminar."  

RC15 is the Telugu debut of Shankar as a director. The film stars Kiara Advani alongside Ram Charan in the lead role. RC15's story is written by Karthik Subbaraj.  The film also stars SJ Suryah, Anjali, Jayaram, Sunil, Srikanth, Nassar, and Samuthirakani among others in prominent roles.

Produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations, Thaman will be composing the music for the film. With Tirru and R Rathnavelu handling the cinematography, Shameer Muhammed will be editing RC15.
