Makers of the Pawan Kalyan-starrer Ustaad Bhagat Singh have announced that a massive schedule of the film will commence from September 5 onwards. The lengthy schedule will have crucial shots with Pawan Kalyan and others taking part in it. Art director Anand Sai has constructed huge sets for the same. 

The film is an action entertainer, a purported remake of the Vijay starrer Theri, which also starred Amy Jackson and Samantha. Sreeleela is the female lead of Ustaad Bhagat Singh and will reportedly be reprising the role of Amy Jackson from Theri.

This film is Harish Shankar's second collaboration with Pawan Kalyan, the first one being Gabbar Singh. Ustaad Bhagat Singh also stars Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, KGF fame Avinash, Gautami, Narra Srinu, Naga Mahesh and Temper Vamsi. K Dasharadh has penned the film's adapted screenplay. 

Ustaad Bhagat Singh is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the banner Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the film, with cinematography by Ayananka Bose, editing by Chota K Prasad and action choreography by Ram-Lakshman.
