Gandheevadhari Arjuna, an upcoming action thriller film set to release on August 25, has been cleared by the censors. The film got a U/A certificate. Varun Tej Konidela is headlining this film, with Sakshi Vaidya appearing as the film's female lead. This is Sakshi's second film, after the Surender Reddy directorial Agent, where she starred opposite Akhil Akkineni. Gandheevadhari Arjuna also stars Nassar, Vimala Raman, Vinay Rai, Narain, Roshini Prakash, Manish Chaudhari, Abhinav Gomatam, Ravi Varma, Kalpalatha and Baby Veda. 

Gandheevadhari Arjuna is written and directed by Praveen Sattaru. He has previously helmed The Ghost, which starred Nagarjuna, Sonal Chauhan and Anikha Surendran. The film is produced by Bapineedu B under the banner Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra, with cinematography by Mukesh G, music by Mickey J Meyer, editing by Dharmendra Kakarala and production design by Avinash Kolla. 

Varun Tej was last seen in Ghani, a sports drama and F3, a family entertainer, where he co-starred with Venkatesh Daggubati. He will be seen next in Operation Valentine, a film set in the Air Force background and Matka, a period film. Manushi Chillar is the female lead of Operation Valentine, whereas Meenakshi Chaudhary will be starring opposite Varun in Matka.
