Ravi Teja's latest outing, Ravanasura hit theatres on April 7. Directed by Sudheer Varma, the film opened to unfavourable reviews. On Friday, Prime Video announced that the film will premiere on the streaming platform on April 28. 

Ravanasura revolved around an officer who investigates a few brutal murders and zeroes in on criminal lawyer Ravindra. It is then revealed that Ravindra has a secret penchant for murder.

Besides Ravi Teja, the film also stars Sushanth, Sriram, Anu Emmanuel, Megha Akash, Faria Abdullah, Daksha Nagarkar, Poojitha Ponnada, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Sampath Raj, and others.

Ravanasura has music by Harshavardhan Rameshwar and Bheems Ceciroleo. Srikanth Vissa penned a first-of-its-kind story for the film, for which cinematography is by Vijay Kartik Kannan. Naveen Nooli is the editor of the film. The film is produced by Abhishek Nama and Ravi Teja on Abhishek Pictures and RT Teamworks.
