Karthikeya 2, the recently released Telugu film will be available for streaming from October 5, on ZEE5, the streaming platform announced on social media on Thursday. 

Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, Karthikeya is sequel of the filmmaker's 2014 film of the same name. While the first part of the supernatural mystery thriller revolved around a mysterious temple, and how a doctor (Nikhil Siddartha) comes to be associated with it, the second part is about Nikhil on a quest to find the lost anklet of Lord Krishna. The second part also features Anupam Kher, Anupama Parameswaran, Aditya Menon, KS Sridhar, among others.

The sequel opened to box office success and Nikhil had hinted that the film might have multiple installments revolving around the title character's quest for adventures.
