It is a known news that actor Ashwin Babu, best known for his role in Raju Gari Gadhi (2014), will be headlining a film titled Hidimba. It has now been announced that the shooting of the film is complete. The development was announced by the makers through social media with a teaser poster.

The film, which features Nandhita Shwetha as the female lead, is directed by Aneel Kannenganti. Billed as an action thriller, the film also stars senior actor Subhalekha Sudhakar, Rajeev Kanakala, Srinivasa Reddy, and Raghu Kunche, to name a few, in prominent roles. The makers have also shared that the trailer of the film will be unveiled shortly.

Bankrolled by SVK Cinemas in association with OAK Entertainments, Hidimba will feature a soundtrack by Vikas Badisa. The film has lyrics by Ramajogaiah Sastry and cinematography by Rajasekar. The makers are yet to lock a release date.
