Prabhu Deva's My Dear Bootham gets a release date

Choreographer-actor-filmmaker Prabhu Deva's upcoming film My Dear Bootham, which shows him as a genie, will land in cinemas on July 15 in four South Indian languages. Directed by N Ragavan, the story of My Dear Bootham delves into the relationship between a genie and a kid.

"Prabhu Deva has put his heart and soul for the film and supported us to complete the film in 45 days. He tonsured his head and it's only due to his collective efforts, we are gearing up to give a whole new experience to the audience. We are confident that the film will appeal to all sections of the audience, especially kids and family audiences will enjoy it to the core," says Ragavan.

An out-and-out fantasy entertainer, the film has Ramya Nambeesan in a prominent role, with Aswanth, Param Guhanesh, Saathvik, Sakthi and Kaesitha playing substantial roles.

The film is produced by Ramesh P Pillai of Abhishek Films and it has music by D Imman.
