Jon Spaihts, the American scenarist, who is known for writing Doctor Strange and Dune, has put up an appreciation post for SS Rajamouli’s pan-Indian film, RRR. The film was released worldwide on March 25, 2022.

The epic action-drama featured Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. RRR ensemble star cast includes Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Olivia Morris.

RRR is a fictional story that revolves around two real-life Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju (Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Rama Rao), and their fight against the British Raj. The film opened to positive reviews and fared well at the box office.

Meanwhile, apart from writing for films like The Darkest Hour, Prometheus, Passenger, and The Mummy, Jon has also written several books for The Princeton Review.
