Kickstarting the promotions of the upcoming Telugu film The Ghost, starring Nagarjuna Akkineni, the makers on Saturday, released a teaser of the film, on social media .

Directed by Praveen Sattaru, the film will be releasing in theatres on October 5, for the occasion of Dasara.

According to the makers, the film is almost completed except for an action sequence which will be shot soon. Nagarjuna will be seen in the role of an Interpol officer and paired opposite him is actor Sonal Chauhan. Billed to be a high octane action thriller, Sree Venkateshwara Cinemas LLP and Northstar Entertainment Banner are backing the film.

Apart from Nagarjuna and Sonal Chauhan, The Ghost will also feature Gul Panag, Anikha Surendran, Manish Chaudhari, Ravi Varma, Shrikanth Iyyangar, in prominent roles. The technical crew consists of Mukesh G handling the camera, while Brahma Kadali is the art director. Dinesh Subbarayan and Kaecha are taking care of action department. Dharmendra Kakarala is the editor, while the music directors are Bharatt and Saurabh.
