Sammathame, the upcoming film starring Kiran Abbavaram and Chandini Chowdary, will premiere on the Aha OTT platform on July 15. The film released in the theatres on June 24.

Written and directed by Gopinath Reddy, Sammathame deals with an urban romance and what happens when an independent woman crosses paths with a man who tries to make her conform to his way of life. The film is produced by Kankanala Praveena under the UG Productions banner.

Krishna (Kiran Abbavaram) plays a small-town person in Sammathame. His primary ambition in life is to marry a woman who will replace the emptiness left by his mother's death. The problem arises when he moves to Hyderabad and falls in love with Saanvi (Chandini Chowdary), who enjoys hanging out with a diverse group of friends. The plot revolves around Krishna overcoming his anxieties and embracing his love for Saanvi.

The film’s technical crew includes cinematographer Sateesh Reddy Masam, editor Viplav Nyshadam and music composer Shekar Chandra.
