SS Rajamouli announced the release date of RRR trailer on Twitter. He revealed that the trailer of the multi-starrer will drop on December 3. One of the most anticipated Telugu releases, RRR stars Ram Charan, Jr NTR, and Alia Bhatt in lead roles, and Ajay Devgn in an extended cameo. 

Fans celebrated the news and announced that they could not wait to see Ram Charan and Jr NTR in action.

The film is a period drama set in pre-independent India inspired by fictional events. The show however features characters inspired by real-life freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR). 

RRR produced by DVV Entertainments has music composed by MM Keeravani. The cinematography for the film is by KK Senthil Kumar. RRR is scheduled to be released on January 7, 2022.
