The first look of Fahadh Faasil from his upcoming debut Telugu film Pushpa: The Rise is here.

In the film headlined by Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh plays the antagonist role of an IPS officer named Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. In the poster released by the makers, Fahadh's character can be seen sporting a bald look with a stern expression on his face, arching over his office desk.

Written and directed by Sukumar, Pushpa is set in the backdrop of Seshachalam forest and tells the story of the red sander smugglers and their nexus to illegally transport the forest produce.

It was recently announced that the multi-lingual action-thriller will be released in two parts, with the first one releasing in December this year during Christmas. The film will release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages.

Pushpa: The Rise is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers.
