Sree Vishnu's Raja Raja Chora locks its release date

The film features Megha Akash and Sunainaa in prominent roles

Raja Raja Chora, starring Sree Vishnu in the lead role, is set to release on August 19, the makers announced on Wednesday. While announcing the release date of Twitter, Sree Vishnu wrote, "Ee avatharam tho mimmalni gattiga entertain chese poochi naadi (It's my responsibility to entertain you in this character). Raja Raja Chora at your nearest theatres from August 19."

The comedy caper features Megha Akash, Sunainaa, and Ravi Babu in prominent roles, and has been directed by Hasisht Goli. Vivek Sagar, who had also composed music for Sree Vishnu-starrer Brochevarevarura, will be serving as the music director for Raja Raja Chora, while Mental Madhilo-fame Vedaraman Sankaran has handled the cinematography. Raja Raja Chora is among the first few Telugu films to hit screens after the second wave of Covid-19.

The film has been bankrolled by Abhishek Agarwal Arts in association with People Media Factory. On the other hand, Sree Vishnu was last seen in Gaali Sampath. His upcoming films include Arjuna Phalguna and Bhala Thandanana, co-starring Catherine Tresa.
